Academics

Tsuda University consists of two campuses with six undergraduate departments and three graduate programs. The College of Liberal Arts, located at the Kodaira campus, holds five undergraduate departments, and three graduate programs.

Courses for International Exchange Students留学生のための授業

Tsuda University runs on a quarter system comprised of 4 terms. Term 1, 3, and 4 are each 9 weeks-long, and most of the classes meet once a week. Term 2 is 6 weeks-long, and most of the classes meet 9 times.

津田塾大学は4学期制です。ターム１と３、そして４はそれぞれ9週間で、ほとんどのクラスは週1回行われます。ターム２は6週間で、ほとんどのクラスは9回行われます。

Japanese Language and Japanese Studies Courses for International Exchange Students 交換留学生のための日本語・日本研究コース

There are courses which are designed to help international exchange students study the Japanese language and to provide them with introductory as well as advanced studies on Japan. Each term, students are expected to take four Japanese language courses and one Japanese Studies course for international exchange students, depending upon their Japanese ability, knowledge and interest.

交換留学生が履修できる、日本語のコースや日本についての入門から専門的なコースがあります。留学生は興味に応じて、それぞれの学期に4つの日本語のコース（一週間に8時間）と1つの日本研究のコースをとることになっています。
